The facility contains a state of the art 50bbl brew system which produces about 20,000 barrels of beer per year. Ithaca Beer led by is flagship Flower Power IPA is distributed in 15 states on the east coast. Flower Power has been recognized as one of the “25 Most Important American Craft Beers Ever Brewed” by Food & Wine magazine.
The Taproom restaurant features fresh farm produce and specialty beers brewed on a 5bbl pilot brew house. On the weekends the Beer Garden opens a pop-up kitchen featuring a seasonally rotating menu.

Founded in 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Co. is a microbrewery based in Hector, NY, in the heart of the NYS Finger Lakes region.
GIB boasts a unique variety of brews - all created on-site - primarily made in the traditional American style with our own unique twist thrown in. We have a passion for craft beer that we want to share with everyone, so we produce a wide range of styles and flavors that can satisfy any drinker.
GIB offers a menu of fresh pub-style chews that always pair well with what's on tap. Visitors can also extend the fun and book one of our newly renovated on-site rooms available at The Lodge at Grist Iron!

We are producers and purveyors of McKenzie Whiskey.
We are also a New York State Farm Distillery, which means that we’re a small operation making a handcrafted product. We use locally grown fruits and grains to make high quality, handcrafted spirits.
We’re able to devote all our attention to everything we make; we don’t take any shortcuts. Our flavored vodkas an liqueurs are made in the traditional manner, by soaking real fruits in the spirit. We don’t add extracts or synthetic flavoring to speed up the process. Our whiskies rest in oak barrels for as long as they need to, until they mature into the rich aged spirit we offer with pride.

As a New York State Farm Distillery, we use International Certification Services certified organic grain from our own Myer Farm—one of the largest and oldest currently operating organic farms in the Northeast United States—to craft distill a range of spirits. At Myer Farm Distillers, we both plant the seed and produce the spirit.
Skaneateles Distillery
All of our products at Last Shot Distillery are crafted using only locally grown ingredients. That is what makes us a small farm distillery. We use grains such as corn, wheat, malt, and rye to handcraft every batch. We like to let the natural flavors from our fresh ingredients speak for themselves. Sweet corn, buttery wheat, and earthy malt, create unmistakable flavors that are sure to leave you wanting one Last Shot.

The Lucky Hare Brewing Company has embarked on an incredible journey in ale making on Seneca Lake. We look to create hand crafted beer that reflects not only our passion for great beer but also the Finger Lakes and its community.
