Hi, I am Julie. I am currently overlooking the peaceful pond on our lovely property in the Finger Lakes area with my Cavalier "Genny" nestled at my feet. She goes everywhere with me!

I must say it was not a straight path that lead me here. I was raised in Ithaca, but I have lived many places in our beautiful country. I attended college in Santa Barbara, Ca. And on a whim drove to Lake Tahoe where I was a ski bum for a season. I met so many amazing people there. Then back to Cortland State to "Ahem....settle down and finish college" as my father put it!

So I went to "C" State, getting my degree in Health Education. Working at the Dark Horse Tavern and meeting so many who would become my lifelong friends. I married a Marine Corps Officer. We lived in Laguna Hills, Ca then off to Washington D.C., New Orleans, Albany Ga, back to D.C. and finally I landed home (I can tell you how to pack like a pro!).

You see after living all of those places, the Finger Lakes still called my heart. It was so good to return to my homestead. I literally moved back to the farm that I was raised on and settled in with my son and daughter. We loved spending time on the lake, skiing, ice skating and spending time with our animals, horses, dogs & cats-oh my!

Now that my children have left the nest, I enjoy time on my boat with friends on Cayuga Lake, evenings around a bonfire wrapped up in a cozy blanket and sipping the local wines on our farm here in Trumansburg. My husband Tom &  I love hosting our annual Christmas party and having impromptu gatherings on the deck of our log home that he built.

Being a Real Estate Associate Broker gives me great joy, and I have been with Warren RE since 2004. The people I meet all have unique needs. My style is to cater to the specific needs for the situation as we sell or search for the perfect home. It is a privilege to have had so many clients become my friends.
